Crystalann is the BEST instructor that I’ve had in all the years that I’ve come to classes. She is funny, explains everything clearly, she is patient and her class wasn’t boring. If I need to come to another class I hope I have Crystalann.

I just completed my second class for notary services. Unfortunately I had to take another class as a brand new notary because when I went to renew my commission. I did not have the $400 fee till the day after. My commission expired well 6 hours. Therefore, I had the retake the class and I am still grateful that I did Crystal Ann was not only personable but professional and informative I feel so much better as a professional notary and then I will be providing the best professional practice for my clients. I can't thank her enough it really gave me such great confidence. Thanks again Crystal

So impressed with our instructor Crystalann Jones. I took both of her seminars today. A total of 6 hours. She’s knowledgeable, adept at conveying information, has great instructional skills, is encouraging and very easy to listen to. Enjoyed the seminars and learned a tremendous amount. Thanks!

Just finished my PAN Online course for Reappointment! So glad it was easy to do at my convenience at home. Thank you PAN for making being a Notary so easy! I became a Notary in 1989 and still going!!!

She was amazing teaching and answering all of our questions, she gave very detailed answers, gave us common problems and solutions to each one of them, overall amazing, I would love to take her class again

Crystalann was an amazing instructor and made the seminars fun. Loved the Jeopardy game. Would also highly recommend taking both courses as the 2nd one is hands on and informative.
